Our Second Ammoniversary

So Feb. 17th was our second anniversary, or Ammoniversary as I like to call it, so of course we had to do a little celebrating. We made ourselves a nice breakfast, complete with the waffle iron spilling over. Later we went to see a romantic comedy and then to dinner. It was a fun day since we tried our best to not let anything interfere and to spend as little money as possible (which totally backfires when you choose Olive Garden over Applebee's... heehee oops!). Ammon was able to convince his parents to chip in for some surprise roses, which always makes my day, no matter what day it is!!! Overall, it was a super-awesome time and I wish it came more than once a year, so more than likely we'll be doing something for our sealing-anniversary too!!

Furballs

My wonderful friend Kayla has a business with her husband of selling dogs (or rehoming them if you are a 'Craigslist' officianado) and occasionally she gets a bunch of puppies at a time. So, knowing that I currently have no life and that I love dogs, she offered to let me borrow a few at a time pretty much whenever I want. Here are some photos of our puppysitting. The white is a Maltese/Poodle and the black is a Shih-tzu/Poodle and both are OH SO CUTE!!!!!

Drummin Along

While babysiting on Valentine's Day, we were able to experience the true joy of sharing our love of music with our Nation's Youth!!! Of course, this came in the form of Mark (6 yr old nephew) pounding the heck out of the drumset we are storing. But HEY, beggers can't be choosers!!!
