Stupid Summer!!!
As if the heat isn't bad enough around here, we have had three cockroaches in our house within the last week. PLUS we have a mouse again. We set up traps next to the stove (since they usually live in the hole behind the stove) and in the back room next to the bucket of dog food. Exterminators recommend peanut butter, so that's what we used... well, after a few days, the peanut butter is gone, but the traps haven't snapped. NOW WHAT?!!

Put more peanut butter on there. After we caught our first mouse, Eric noticed the trap we left in the pantry was clean of pb, but not tripped, so he put more on there (a lot more). The next morning, we'd caught our second one.
I'm so glad my mouse/cockroach problems are behind me. Blech!
Although Eric was helping me in my classroom today and found some crickets and a roach. Ew!
I SO hate all the freaking bugs!! I haven't seen any mice, thank goodness...mostly just spiders and earwigs. YUCK!
